Notes:

  • Crossed the canal now known as Dolai Khal. The actual location of the bridge has since been paved over and is now the center of a large intersection.
  • At time of completion, the city was known as Dacca as part of India. 1830, 1831, and 1832 cited as year of completion from various sources. AAJ assumes 1831 based on a brief reference to the recently completed bridge in the September 1831 Mechanics Magazine.
